2022-23 Indigenous Languages and Arts (ILA) Open Competitive Grant Opportunity

The 2022-23 Indigenous Languages and Arts (ILA) Open Competitive Grant Opportunity is now open.

The ILA program assists Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians to express, preserve and maintain their cultures through Indigenous languages and arts activities.

Grant funding is available to support:

  • projects that contribute to the capture, revitalisation and maintenance of Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages

  • projects that develop, produce, present, exhibit or perform Indigenous arts and language projects that showcase Australia’s traditional and contemporary Indigenous cultural and artistic expressions.

Applications must be submitted by 11:45pm AEST on Monday, 28 March 2022.
