The Water Corporation currently has a Tree Farm Operator vacancy at their Albany Regional Office.
This is an outdoor role which includes digging trenches, inspecting pipelines and collecting water samples. It also includes finding and fixing faults on pipes, joints and replacing pipelines and irrigation.
The main concern in this role will be managing the district’s treated wastewater reuse scheme in an environmentally sustainable way. The role is based in an agricultural setting, managing the day-to-day operations of the Lower Great Southern Blue gum plantation and irrigation systems.
