Banksia Hill Detention Centre is recruiting for their role of Manager Aboriginal Services for the Corrective Services, Women and Young People Unit.
This is a Level 7 position, based in Canning Vale.
The Manager Aboriginal Services is responsible for providing management, leadership and promotion of cultural safety at Banksia Hill Detention Centre. This position is responsible for the provision of specialist Aboriginal cultural advice and the delivery of dedicated programs and services for Aboriginal detainees.
This position has been identified under Section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 that Aboriginality is considered essential.
