Synergy has an opportunity for an Aboriginal Engagement Advisor, based in Perth.
The position is a newly created opportunity in Synergy's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team based at the Perth CBD office.
The purpose of the role is to ensure Synergy authentically advances Reconciliation through respect, relationships, and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people.
The role reports to the Strategic Inclusion and Diversity Manager, and will support the Senior Indigenous Engagement Advisor to deliver Synergy’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) initiatives and frameworks.
