The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is seeking an Aboriginal Workforce and Inclusion Specialist for a full time role based in Perth.
The Aboriginal Workforce Inclusion Specialist will lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance Aboriginal employment and inclusion within the Department. Focus will be on attracting, retaining, training, and advancing Aboriginal talent, while also developing, leading, and managing programs to promote understanding of Aboriginal peoples, culture, history and knowledge.
