Mila Kaaditj: Aboriginal Career Escalator Undergraduate Program

The Mila Kaaditj Aboriginal Career Escalator Undergraduate Program is a scholarship designed for first-year university undergraduates who have successfully completed their first semester of university.

The program is initially for one year, with the option to extend for another one to two years, giving participants the chance to progress their career with the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI) in the public sector.

Upon successful completion of the program and university degree, candidates may be considered for a full-time permanent position at JTSI. Candidates may also apply for other roles within JTSI or the WA public sector, as advertised on the WA government jobs board.

This program is for Aboriginal people over the age of 18. It is a part time program wiht an annual salary of $60,190 - $68,636 (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
