Banjima Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (BNTAC) is seeking a HR Manager.
The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of managing and delivering HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding and inductions, contract variations, policy review and development, performance appraisal, training and development, performance management, communications, dispute and grievance resolution processes, workers compensation claims, and general office HSE requirements.
This is a full time position based in East Perth with an annual salary of $120,000 – $140,000 Annual + NFP Salary Packaging.
