Methodist Ladies’ College in Claremont is seeking an Indigenous Liaison Officer.
The Indigenous Liaison Officer is an enthusiastic Mentor who is knowledgeable and passionate about Indigenous culture and traditions, to support Indigenous students and educate the community.
Working closely with the Chaplain, Boarding staff, and pastoral care teams, the Indigenous Liaison Officer will build relationships across the College to create a sense of belonging and inclusion for our Indigenous students. In addition, the role assists with the implementation of the MLC RAP, liaise with external support groups and serve as a role model to students.
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people with experience working with young people in a school environment are invited to apply.
It’s a part-time role for 12hpw during term time based in Claremont, with flexible work arrangements.
