Yamatji Marlpa Aboriginal Corporation (YMAC) is seeking a Heritage Officer.
Supporting the Team Leads and the Heritage team, the Heritage Officer will assist in the planning of and preparing for heritage surveys to protect native title clients' heritage, while liaising regularly with and seeking instruction from native title groups on the conduct of such surveys.
The Heritage Officer is part of the Research, Country and Culture Services team which provides Research, Heritage, Social Surrounds and Land and Sea Management services to PBC’s and Traditional Owners in the management of their Country and Culture.
It’s a permanent full-time role, based in Perth. Travel to region centres and remote communities is required.
The annual salary range is $80,318 to $109,738 plus superannuation.
