As the time-frame is very short, nominations must include all supporting documents by close of nominations. There is not enough time to grant extensions for outstanding documents.
Your nomination must include:
a fully completed nomination form
a current CV
a current national police certificate (a lodgement of application receipt will not be sufficient for this new round of nominations)
a candidate profile (180 words max. confined to biographical information about you, your policies and/or beliefs)
(optional) a photograph to be included with your candidate profile in the notice of meeting to agreement group members
