There are currently three vacancies for roles on Noongar Boodja Trust committees:
one (1) vacancy for a Noongar community member for the Nominations Committee; and
two (2) vacancies for Noongar members for the Investment Committee.
Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee is a very important part of the governance of the Noongar Boodja Trust including managing the selection process for board members of the Noongar Advisory Company and committee positions for the Investment Committee.
The Nominations Committee also has a role in the appointment process for directors for the Noongar Regional Corporations and the Central Service Corporation directors to ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in the corporation rulebooks.

Investment Committee
The Investment Committee is a very important part of the governance of the Noongar Boodja Trust undertaking a wide range of roles, including: reviewing proposals from Investment Managers and providing recommendations and feedback to the Trustee; reviewing the draft Investment Policy as prepared by the Trustee and providing recommendations and feedback to the Trustee; and providing guidance to the Trustee on property development activities.
The successful candidates for the two (2) vacancies have at least five years’ expertise or experience in investment and/or property development and meet the other eligibility requirements set in the Noongar Boodja Trust Deed.
