Indigenous data and evaluation project officer
The Indigenous data and evaluation project officer will design and seek funding for new, and existing services that create community impact.
This role will be responsible for supporting the business across program evaluation, helping Ruah to embed an Aboriginal-world view into our research, evaluation and business development activities.
This is a permanent part time position working 30.4 hours per week, which can be worked Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm. The role is based in the Perth Metro area with a requirement to visit different Ruah office locations as applicable.

Service lead - housing and homelessness
The Service Lead – Housing and Homelessness is a key management role responsible for achieving outcomes to clients through Ruah’s model of care. The Service lead is a member of the management team supporting the General Manager of Housing and Homelessness and providing leadership across a team of professional health care and community delivery staff in your area of specialisation.
This role has a direct focus and impact on the attraction and retention of Aboriginal staff, providing advice and support across housing and homelessness services and the continual improvement of people-related structures and programs from a cultural lens.
This exciting new role will drive opportunities for Aboriginal employment, development and retention including career pathways across Ruah.
This is a full time, permanent position , Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm. The role is based in the Perth Metro area with a requirement to visit different Ruah office locations as applicable.

Service lead - cultural advice and employment
The Service Lead – Cultural Advice and Employment is a key management role. The role will have a direct focus and impact on the attraction and retention of Aboriginal staff, providing cultural supervision and consultation to hiring leaders and staff, as well as reviewing and improving people-related structures and programs from a cultural lens.
Importantly, this position will assist in strengthening Ruah’s culturally safe work environment, while also being a conduit for shared understanding and the forward movement of cultural outcomes. The role will also provide employee relations support from time to time.
This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm. The role is based in the Perth Metro area with a requirement to visit different Ruah office locations as required.

Executive manager - Aboriginal services
This position provides strategic and operational cultural advice and supports the organisation in achieving ongoing and increasing culturally secure services to better meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
The position will lead Ruah’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group, work closely with the Aboriginal employee group, and other critical staff to support Ruah’s strategic cultural objectives. The role also works collaboratively with the executive team and senior leadership to further develop Ruah’s relationship with Elders, Aboriginal communities, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
This is a part time, permanent position (19 hours per week), worked Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm. The role is based in the Perth Metro area with a requirement to visit different Ruah office locations as applicable.
