Main Roads: Aboriginal Participation Manager

Main Roads is seeking an individual to join their Aboriginal Engagement Transport Portfolio Team within the Finance and Commercial Services Directorate at their Perth office.

The Aboriginal Participation Manager will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing the Transport and Rail Function of the Transport Portfolio Aboriginal Engagement Branch. Focus will be on empowering and developing a team while ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles.

The successful candidate will lead a team in strategic partnerships with the Department of Transport and the Public Transport Authority, driving initiatives that support Aboriginal businesses in building sustainable capacity and enhancing their capabilities for long-term success.

This is a full time roll with an annual salary of $133,291 – $152,218.
