Yorganop is seeking a Transition Coach for a full time position based in Osborne Park.
Yorganop transition coaches are committed to standing alongside Aboriginal young people and supporting them to overcome their challenges, meet their needs, reach their goals, and create the life they want to live.
Transition Coaches are empathetic, resourceful, non-judgmental, and culturally aware individuals who are passionate about empowering young adults aged 18-21 as they transition out of foster care.

The annual salary for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
