Impact Services is seeking a Cultural and Diversity Training Specialist for a full time role based in Joondalup.
Impact Services is a leader in promoting cultural inclusion and diversity, partnering with organisations to build inclusive environments that value and empower all cultures, backgrounds, and identities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager to design, implement, and facilitate programs that promote cultural inclusion and sensitivity. The role will develop tailored solutions for clients, create Aboriginal engagement and participation plans, and support organisations in aligning their diversity and inclusion goals with meaningful, measurable outcomes.
