Centrecare is seeking an Aboriginal Mental Health Case Worker for a full time role based in Northbridge.
Centrecare, in partnership with Waalitj Foundation, will provide culturally and developmentally appropriate psychosocial, family, peer and other support services to at-risk children, young people and their families who have both mental health challenges and offending behaviours.
They are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Aboriginal Mental Health Worker to support Aboriginal children, young people and their families working with the Child and Adolescent Forensic Service in the community or at Banksia Hill Detention Centre. The successful candidate will provide social, emotional, cultural, and/or mental health support to young people and their families through a case management model.
Aboriginality is considered essential for this role.
