CNTA: Anthropology Internships

The Centre for Native Title Anthropology (CNTA) has three one-off internships available for a recent graduate or early career anthropologist.

The internships involves spending three to four weeks alongside experienced researchers in a Native Title Representative Body or Land Council. These interneships are all expenses paid, including travel, accomodations, and a modest stipend to cover costs.

The internship must be taken before end of June 2025, and applicants must have completed Hons level in Anthropology or a related Social Science discipline.

Include the following in your application:

  • You CV

  • A 1-2 page Expression of Interest explaining why you’re interested in the position, drawing attention to any relevant experience working with Indigenous people

  • Names and details of two referees

  • Preferred dates and availability to travel for a three - four week placement.

Applications close 20 December 2024. Succesful applicants will be notified by 24 December 2024.
