The Department of the Premier and Cabinet is recruiting for a Policy Officer.
The Policy Officer will join the Aboriginal Engagement team and assist in research and formulation of Government policy initiatives and advice from a cross-portfolio perspective, specifically around Aboriginal affairs.
The role is responsible for providing advice about options on policy initiatives, drawing on best practice across the WA Government and other jurisdictions, responding to queries from WA Government agencies and Aboriginal stakeholders, and supporting the broader team across a range of different projects.
It’s a full-time role based in Perth, with a fixed-term of 12 months. The annual salary range is $92,098 to $96,660.
