Marra Worra Worra Aboriginal Corporation: Funding and Business Development Officer

Marra Worra Worra Aboriginal Corporation (MWWAC) is looking for an experienced and passionate Funding and Business Development Officer to join the team in North Perth.

This newly created role will play a pivotal role in securing funding and expanding our business initiatives to ensure the delivery of effective, community-led and culturally appropriate services and programs to the communities in the Fitzroy Valley region of Western Australia.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for:

  • Identifying and securing funding opportunities (government, corporate, and philanthropic sources).

  • Developing compelling grant applications, business cases, and funding proposals.

  • Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and corporate sponsors.

  • Managing grant reporting and compliance to ensure funding obligations are met.

  • Contributing to sustainable revenue growth to enhance service delivery for Aboriginal communities.

It’s a permanent part-time (15-20hpw) role based in North Perth. The annual salary is $140,000 pro rata plus superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.
