The Ngaanyatjarra Council Group (NCG) is recruiting for a Training and Development Advisor.
The Learning and Development Advisor for the Ngaanyatjarra Council Group, will play a key role in designing and delivering tailored training and development programmes that support the growth and capability of our workforce.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role will ensure training initiatives align with NCG's values and strategic objectives, empowering employees to excel in their roles and serve the needs of our communities effectively.
It’s a full-time position, based in Perth.
