WAALI: Aboriginal Leadership Program Coordinators

The Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute is recruiting for an Aboriginal Men's Regional Programs Coordinator and an Aboriginal Women's Leadership Programs Coordinator.

The Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute (WAALI) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation based in Perth, WA. The programs aim to inspire and support Aboriginal people, empowering them to take up leadership opportunities.

Programs are created by Aboriginal People for Aboriginal People, with the aim of inspiring and supporting Aboriginal people to take up leadership opportunities to strengthen their families and communities.

Women’s Leadership Programs Coordinator

The WAALI Women’s Leadership Programs Coordinator will be working with Women Elders, coordinating the programs.

It's a full-time role based in West Perth, and the annual salary is around $120,000 with optional $18,550 salary packaging, plus superannuation.

Men’s Regional Leadership Programs Coordinator

The WAALI Men’s Regional Leadership Programs Coordinator will have responsibilities across Perth and WA, to engage men in communities. The role includes working with Men Elders and within the WAALI Men’s Leadership Programs.

It's a full-time role based in West Perth, and the annual salary is around $120,000 with optional $18,550 salary packaging, plus superannuation.
