AIATSIS Summit to be held on Noongar boodja - Call for papers

This year's AIATSIS Summit will be held on Noongar boodja, co-convened by SWALSC. It will be held from 5 to 9 June, at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

AIATSIS are currently calling for papers, with the abstract submission portal closing soon, on 14 February 2023.

This year’s theme, ‘Navigating the spaces in-between’, continues the conversation from Summit 22 and expands on the brilliance and value of Indigenous ways of knowing, seeing and being in the world.

The Summit provides a unique forum for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, academics, native title stakeholders, legal experts, community and cultural sectors and government to collaborate in addressing current and future challenges, through plenary sessions, panel discussions, individual presentations, and workshops.

Abstracts must align with one of the summit’s themes or sub-themes and can be submitted online.

Submit now via the AIATSIS submissions portal.
