Southern Aboriginal Corporation: Senior Case Manager

The Southern Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Senior Case Manager: Indigenous Skills and Employment for a full time role based in Albany.

This position will be responsible for delivering cultural case management for individuals currently experiencing incarceration as they transition back to community. The ISEP - Senior Case Manager provides holistic case management to participants of the Prison to Work program. 

This role is crucial in facilitating successful reintegration and reconnection of Aboriginal individuals transitioning from incarceration to community and employment.

The annual salary is $93,500 – $97,500.
