GO OFFSHORE has an incredible opportunity to sponsor a driven, enthusiastic and passionate Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and/or female seafarer through a Deck Cadetship.

This is a chance for new entrants to join an energy service company specialising in providing quality and safe marine and logistics services to the offshore oil and gas industry.

The successful candidate will receive financial study assistance towards applicable college components.

Training pathway structure:

Milestone 1 – Pre-Sea Deck College Course

Milestone 2 – At sea Shipboard Operational Experience

Milestone 3 – Deck Watchkeeper College Course

Milestone 4 – At sea Shipboard Management Experience

Milestone 5 – Final Examination and obtainment of an Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) Deck Watchkeeper Certificate of Competency

This is a full-time four year program.
