South West Aboriginal Medical Service(SWAMS) is seeking Case Worker candidates for three programs.
SWAMS plays a critical role in delivering holistic, culturally sensitive and relevant medical services to the South West community, aiming to reduce the number of Aboriginal children entering care.
SWAMS is looking for Case Workers for each of the following programs:
Support Network Program
This position is responsible for building and maintaining support networks and interagency networks in the Bunbury Region.
Community Case Management Program/Regional Intensive Support Program
The Case Worker in both the Case Management and Regional Intensive Support programs, will work with referred families, building positive relationships to address issues and support families in exiting the service with resolved issues.
These are full-time roles based in Bunbury.
